His strong technical aptitude and natural leadership quickly propelled him into supervisory roles, where he successfully managed complex projects/worksites, enforced rigorous safety standards, and led high performing trade teams. Today, Tristan is a Director of Echo Engineering, a premier mechanical engineering drafting and consulting firm ( or a recently established?). By blending decades of practical experience with high level strategic oversight, he bridges the gap between complex engineering concepts and real-world manufacturability. With his leadership, the business delivers precise, efficient, and innovative design solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.
