Tristan is a dynamic leader in the mechanical engineering sector, bringing over 25 years of hands-on industry expertise to every project. He began his career as a boilermaker developing a practical understanding of structural fabrication and heavy engineering. His strong technical aptitude and natural leadership propelled him into supervisory roles, where he successfully managed complex projects.By blending decades of practical experience with high level strategic oversight, he is able to align complex engineering concepts and real-world manufacturability at Echo Engineering.
